1. Business Overview

Load Sense Logistics, LLC operates as a materials brokering and local pickup supplier. We coordinate sourcing and fulfillment of construction and insulation materials for customers. We do not manufacture materials and act solely as a broker and supplier.

2. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Load Sense Logistics, LLC.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders and Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Zelle

  • Cash App

  • Venmo

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Pricing and Product Availability

All pricing is subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, Load Sense Logistics, LLC reserves the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel or adjust orders affected by pricing inaccuracies

  • Cancel or modify orders due to supplier availability or inventory limitations

If an order must be cancelled for these reasons, customers will receive a refund to the original payment method.

5. Product Information and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However:

  • Product packaging, specifications, and availability may change without notice.

  • Customers are responsible for confirming product suitability before purchase.

Load Sense Logistics, LLC is not responsible for manufacturer specification changes.

6. Local Pickup Policy

All orders are local pickup only.

Pickup is available in:

Morrow, Georgia

Customers must pick up orders within four (4) calendar days of purchase.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be considered forfeited without refund.

Customers are responsible for arranging proper transportation and handling of purchased materials.

7. Risk Transfer Upon Pickup

Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer once materials are picked up.

Load Sense Logistics, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Product damage after pickup

  • Improper storage or transport

  • Installation errors

  • Code compliance or project suitability

  • Contractor or third-party workmanship

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales are final.

Load Sense Logistics, LLC does not allow:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Order cancellations after payment

Please review all order details carefully before purchasing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Load Sense Logistics, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Installation issues

  • Project delays

  • Structural or building code compliance

  • Loss of business or project costs

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Materials are sold as sourced from suppliers and manufacturers.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Arrange timely pickup of orders

11. Fraud Prevention

Load Sense Logistics, LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment use, or suspicious activity.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes arising from purchases or use of our services shall be handled in courts located within the State of Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms
