All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Load Sense Logistics are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of construction and insulation materials, all products are sold as-is and are considered non-returnable once an order has been placed.
No Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed. Many products are sourced or reserved immediately after purchase, and cancellations are not permitted.
Please ensure quantities, specifications, and pickup availability are correct before placing your order.
Pickup Requirements
All orders are local pickup only.

Orders not collected within this timeframe may be considered forfeited without refund.

Customers are responsible for arranging timely pickup during designated pickup hours.
Product Condition
All materials are sold new and in standard supplier condition at the time of pickup. Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications prior to purchase.
